A group of DR Congo supporters were seen outside Houston Stadium poking fun at Cristiano Ronaldo after their side earned a 1-1 draw against Portugal on Wednesday.
It was a historic outcome for the Leopards, who not only picked up their first-ever World Cup point but also netted their maiden goal in the tournament.

Following the final whistle, several DR Congo fans were filmed mimicking Ronaldo and performing his trademark SIU celebration.
Although most of them were dressed in DR Congo shirts, one supporter wearing a Portugal jersey with the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s name on the back also joined in the mockery by recreating the SIU celebration.
Before kickoff, Portugal, inspired by Cristiano Ronaldo, were widely expected to claim all three points.

Despite his subdued performance, Cristiano Ronaldo still reached another milestone, becoming the oldest outfield player ever to start a FIFA World Cup game after being named in the lineup against DR Congo.
He also matched his longtime rival Lionel Messi as one of only two footballers to have featured in six World Cups.
Portugal attempted seven shots against DR Congo, equalling their lowest tally in a FIFA World Cup match, having also managed seven against Korea Republic in 2002.
