Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana was reportedly taken to hospital after being involved in a frightening high-speed car accident in Turkey.
The shot-stopper, who is currently on loan at Trabzonspor, had recently helped his team secure a clean sheet in their Europa League victory over Hearts on Thursday night.

However, his night took an alarming turn while travelling home, as he was involved in a serious collision that reportedly left him needing medical attention, according to the Express.
Local reports claim another vehicle crashed into the rear of Onana’s car, forcing it forward into the vehicle ahead.
Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene of the incident on Yomra road, close to the Black Sea resort city of Trabzon.

Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan addressed the incident in comments to local media, saying: “Andre Onana was involved in a road traffic accident earlier this evening. There are no problems with him, and we wish him a speedy recovery.”
Photographs circulating on social media appeared to show damage to the front wing of Onana’s vehicle, while pieces of debris could be seen scattered across the road.
A separate video showed the goalkeeper’s car with its hazard lights switched on.
The vehicle believed to have struck Onana’s car also appeared to have suffered significant front-end damage.
Onana is currently enjoying his second loan spell with Trabzonspor after spending the previous campaign in Turkey following his fall down the pecking order at Manchester United.
The Cameroonian has impressed during his time with the Turkish club, recording four clean sheets in his last five appearances.
His recent displays have reportedly attracted interest from Galatasaray.
Should Galatasaray decide to pursue a deal for the goalkeeper next summer, they could potentially sign him for considerably less than the £43.8million Manchester United paid Inter Milan to secure his services in 2023.
Onana’s current contract with the Red Devils runs until 2028.
